Julio Enciso Set for BlueCo Move – Medical Tests in London Today

Football fans are waking up to some big transfer news – Brighton’s young star Julio Enciso is on his way to London today, where he will undergo medical tests before officially becoming the latest addition to the BlueCo project.

At just 21 years old, the Paraguayan forward has already caught the eye with his flair, pace, and creativity in attack. Despite facing injury setbacks, Enciso has shown enough potential to convince the owners of Chelsea and Strasbourg, under the BlueCo umbrella, that he is worth investing in for the long term.

According to reports, the deal is worth around €20 million including bonuses. Once his medical is completed in London, Enciso is expected to sign a long-term contract that runs until June 2031. However, he won’t be heading straight into Chelsea’s first team just yet. The plan is for him to spend the upcoming season with Strasbourg in France, where he can continue his development and get regular game time in a competitive league.

Enciso recently underwent knee surgery in May, and while that has kept him out of action, the medical team expects him to be back on the pitch by October. Strasbourg will be hoping to benefit from his return later this year, as they look to strengthen their attacking options with a player who has already proven himself in the Premier League.

For Chelsea fans, this transfer highlights the club’s long-term vision under the BlueCo model. By securing young, high-potential players like Enciso and allowing them to gain experience at Strasbourg first, the owners are clearly building towards the future. If everything goes as planned, Enciso could be wearing Chelsea blue from next season onwards.

This move also continues the growing transfer connection between Brighton and Chelsea, with Enciso becoming yet another Seagulls player linked to Stamford Bridge. For Brighton, the deal represents solid business once again, cashing in on a young player while continuing to scout and develop new talent.

As things stand, all eyes will be on London today as Enciso completes his medical. From there, his journey with BlueCo will officially begin – first in France with Strasbourg, and later, potentially as a key player for Chelsea in the Premier League.

Fans will be eager to see how quickly he can recover from injury and show the talent that made him one of South America’s most exciting prospects just a few years ago.
